Owner Greg Cirignano and One Source have been providing superior hospitality and commercial remodeling since the early 1990’s. Greg has over 35 years of extensive experience in retail and hotel renovation throughout the country.
Greg started renovating Kmart and Walmart stores throughout the northeast which led him and one source into the hotel renovation sector. Over the years, Greg and his team has evolved One Source into a full service retail and hotel renovation company.
Over 39 years’ experience in commercial construction, Les’ knowledge and reputation has led to many successful projects. Ranging from extensive hands-on experience in the concrete restoration and waterproofing to building façade repairs, interior build-outs, hotel/retail renovations, parking garage construction and stadium restorations.
Les brings his experience to our estimating, project management, field operations and project scheduling teams. He daily manages the project budgets, field personnel, purchasing and marketing. Les personally calls on potential customers, business contacts, develops industry relationships with Engineering/Architecture/Design firms and material suppliers. Les also oversees our internal project progress meetings, safety program and all other daily operations of our company.
Scott is our Vice President of Business Development. With over 35 years in the Retail, Manufacturing and the Hospitality Industries.
Scott has worked for some of the nations largest retailers and businesses such as Eckerd Drugs, Dollar General, LBrands/Bath & Body Works and Starbucks.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in how to build relationships, how businesses operate and exceeding the needs of the customers.
With 30 years of experience, Craig is a valued member of our team as he specializes in estimating, procurement and budgeting competitive projects. Craig determines the value of a job, cost analyses & ensures that resources are secured and managed.
Jose has been an expert in commercial construction for over 35 years. Jose is responsible for schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting. With his expert knowledge & passion, he is able to efficiently execute successful projects.
Lauren works alongside Les & Greg to ensure that our employees and clients are taken care of. Lauren has over 10 years of client service experience.
Gregory is our sales market manager. With over 12 years of experience in sales, Gregory helps Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the industry. With a goal to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Seth oversees our projects ensuring that everything is on schedule, budget and executed safely on site.
With over 18 years of experience in the hotel industry Gary is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from conception to completion. Gary is highly respected within the industry for his vast knowledge and experience. Gary’s ability and understanding of the owner’s needs and concerns keeps One Source on time and on budget.
